Okay, this was fun to watch. But imagine if there was a Kinect/Structure Sensor involved. It scans in your environment and re-makes your surroundings into the surroundings of the game. So it’s not someone else’s house or someone else’s sofa, it’s your house, it’s your sofa.
I _hope_ to have my Rift when I visit in October. Have you tried it yet?
I’ve not even seen one in the “flesh” never mind trying one out. Add it, a 3D printer and a Structure Sensor to my shopping list if DC ever gets an office setup. I have a hundred ideas for this shizzle.
I like how easy it is to support it with Unity3D – a couple of lines of code and you’re done.
