Didn’t this menu have more options?

I could have sworn it allowed me to choose “Higher Performance” and “Better Battery Life” from the menu. Am I going crazy? Related posts: Is the iPhone an acceptable phone? Cars … Are Friends Electric Who’s in your Monkeysphere? Phones don’t have carbon footprints. People do.

  2. You aren’t going mad, i used to get “Higher Performance”, “Better Battery Life” and “Custom”

    No idea when it left though…. (i’m unplugged and don’t see it)

  3. Last major Leopard update removed them. Some guy on Reddit said it was unintentional, but I doubt Apple would miss something as glaring as this. I guess we’re too dumb to choose from moment to moment how to configure out power usage. 🙂
