I’m pleased you are doing stuff and starting to nail down the feel!
I guess my comments would be that name does not roll easily off the tongue.. or make any sense in the context of the other text that’s displayed. If you are fighting back, are you salvaging something? You aren’t salvaging aliens. Or are the aliens salvaging something? Now I’ve said the word “salvage” so many times, I dislike it all the more.
Then I start to think, out of 2 billion stars in the galaxy and countless planets, they developed technology to travel across space.. to conquer us? Why on earth would they do that? Why not just nuke the place from orbit? Why even bother? Do they want something specific to Earth? Well, that might be more interesting and that might be something worth mentioning. As long as it’s not Earth Women. Or water. Maybe cheese?
See, I tend to over-think things until they break. Ban me from commenting.
Alien Salvage isn’t the current name of the game. It was a working model. This is, after all, lo-fi 🙂
The reasoning on why they came is already on the wiki. We did think of this 🙂
