Sorry, I wasn't intending to sidestep the issue of where I am going. I guess I felt it wasn't important when looking back at where I had been. I will be joining a US based software house developing e-commerce applications.

I agree. It was much more solid than the other recent movies. Certainly better than Xmen, the last Hulk movie or Fantastic Four. And better than *some* of the Spiderman movies.

Iron Man was practically flawless as a super hero flick; it drops pretty obvious hints that would indicate a sequel as well... i'm thinking the next one should be equally great

My heart went out to you yesterday mj while this was happening - what a horrible way to spend your Sunday.

I suppose this is another example of how broken the process is at $BIG_COMPANY and would I be correct in thinking that this wasn't one disaster but series of them?

Well, this is the hard part. How to lose weight, maintain a family, maintain a day job, maintain a business at night, write a book...

...and learn to program...

I think #3 is the key. It takes time and it has to be daily. Ideally, you want a few weeks of nothing but coding to really get over that initial hump. After that, it becomes a lot more incremental.
