		<description>I am probably the most unfit person I know. I have no interest in fitness although I wish I did. That said I still bought the Nike+ trainers. I think it is a great technology and now it is part of iPhone 3GS it is motivating me to run, sorry walk more. 

Opening up the technology is great and it offers massive potential. Brilliant to see a company doing this. I always wished Sony would have taken the same mentality when it came to tech like minidisk - a minidisk drive on a computer would have been great.... although won&#039;t get me fit.</description>
