Nothing wrong with expressing thoughts.

There is something wrong with someone who:
a) signs a contract and complains bitterly afterwards
b) posts an inflammatory opinion piece on a tech support forum
c) whines that it got removed

It's point c that I take issue with. Post your opinions all you want. On your own blog. Or here, in my comments. But it's idiotic to post that on Apple's forums and not expect it to be removed considering it was non-technical, non-constructive, off-topic and discussed policies that, for the most part, were more to do with AT&T.

The very fact there is an upgrade policy is pretty good. I've never seen a mobile company let people upgrade their handsets without paying full price before (this far away from contract end).

But some people are never happy. Some people think they are entitled to special treatment.

I guess I am one of the few that is not included in the everyone. I am just too angered about the whole eligibility issue and the way that it being handled. Well thanks for the heads up and be nice, idiot is just too harsh for calling someone who wants to express some thoughts, like yourself.
